FAQ

Who is this service for? (And does it work in MY industry)?

The workshops are designed for leaders at all levels. We choose the best trainer available based on industry and level of leadership. We have trained in all major industries.

Are these trainings custom-tailored or off-the-shelf?

We regularly customize parts of the training to align with client goals, branding, and language. While the lessons remain mostly the same, the delivery can shift based on audience needs and training goals.

What happens if I try this and am disappointed?

The subscription can be canceled at any time. While we will do everything possible to ensure the experience is positive, you can stop the service whenever you want.

How expensive is this?

Pricing fluctuates based on the number of trainings done each month. One-off trainings are usually billed at $5k per event… our subscription offerings range from $2k-$4k per event.

Is there active coaching included?

Yes. Depending on the subscription package chosen, coaching is included. A block of coaching hours is purchased, and then subscribed leaders can self-sign up.

How do you ensure the learning “sticks?”

Each VILT session includes an easy-to-implement “take-action.” The take action guides the leaders on how to apply the lessons back at work.

How do you measure ROI?

Periodic surveys are included in all subscriptions that measure ROI (as best we can). For subscriptions that include coaching, we track outcomes from the coaching sessions and forecast impact.

How tech-savvy do we need to be to use the tool?
